Language Progress -- We were glad to report that we are making some progress in the language. Right now we are in one of the more challenging aspects of the language, so it feels good to be making some progress in being able to answer questions and say simple phrases. Communications -- We thank the Lord that we have the ability to communicate with radios. This communication allows us necessary contact for emergencies and information. Recently Eddie was able to call LaRhonda and successfully treat two small children for malaria as well as radio about a small boy who broke his arm. |

Housing -- Please pray that we will eventually get permission to have permanent housing among the Kuna. Smoking the Pipe Ceremony -- We got into trouble for this same ceremony last year when we arrived during its celebration (usually 5 days long). Feliciano has told us he would warn us if there is any change of dates and the village is supposed to post a flag so we will know when we shouldn't come. Please pray that we won't have any problems this year. |

Alyssa and Brianna -- Alyssa and Brianna are both doing well in school. Alyssa has begun to read and now is enjoying reading very much. She wants to go around reading every chance she gets. Brianna is doing very well in preschool as well. Both are looking forward to Christopher's arrival. |
